1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup creme fraiche
3 tbsp. lime juice
zest of 1 lime
1 garlic clove
1/2 tbsp. green hot sauce
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
1/4 cup snipped parsley, chopped
1/4 cup chives, minced
