INGREDIENTS
1 oz raspberry puree
2 oz citrus vodka
1 oz lemon infused simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
8 mint leaves
3 fresh whole raspberries for garnish
2 cups ice cubes

Raspberry Gimlet
This spin on a British classic pairs vodka with raspberry and lemon. Add an egg white for the perfect velvety finish.

Method
1
Assembling The Cocktail
In a mixing tin, combine all ingredients but the fresh raspberries.
Shake vigorously for 2 mins. until the egg white begins to froth.
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe class.
Add the raspberry garnish and drink immediately.
