INGREDIENTS

2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups + 1/4 cup strawberries, hulled & divided
1 1/2 cups almond milk
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Fruit Garnish

1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup kiwi, peeled & sliced
1/4 cup pineapple. peeled & sliced
3 tbsp. coconut, toasted

Overnight Oats

This delicious and easy to make breakfast will be a hit with your family. A healthy and sweet start to the day will have you making this dish all the time!

Method

To Make The Oats

  • In a blender, blend the strawberries and almond milk on high until smooth.
  • Place the oats in a bowl and stir in the puree.
  • Cover and reserve in the refrigerator overnight.

To Serve The Oats

  • Stir honey and lemon juice into the oats.
  • Place the oats in serving bowls of your choice.
  • Garnish with the fruits and coconut.
