Makes 1 Drink

2 oz Aperol or Campari
3 oz Sparkling Wine, chilled
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Ginger Beer
Star Anise
Orange Wedge
Rosemary Sprig
Pomegranate Seeds

Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart

2 1-lb. balls of Pizza Dough, cut into 24 equal pieces, room temperature
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1 16 oz. Wheel of Brie, cubed
1 cup Caramelized Onions
1/2 cup Cranberry Jam
2 tablespoons minced Chives
3 oz. Shaved Pecorino

Holiday Spritz

  • Combine all ingredients except for the ginger beer and stir
  • Top with ginger beer

Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart

  • Prepare Dough:
  • Cut the two 1-lb. balls of pizza dough into 24 equal pieces
  • Ensure the dough is at room temperature
  • Toss the pizza dough pieces in the melted butter

  • Assemble First Layer:
  • In a casserole or cast iron dish, place a layer of 12 pizza dough balls
  • Spread half of the caramelized onions and half of the brie cubes evenly over the first layer

  • Assemble Second Layer:
  • Add a second layer of the remaining 12 pizza dough balls
  • Repeat the process, spreading the remaining caramelized onions and brie cubes evenly over the second layer

  • Allow to Rise:
  • Cover the assembled layers with plastic wrap
  • Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place

  • Bake:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Bake the assembled dish for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown on top

  • Cool:
  • Allow the baked dish to cool

  • Final Touch:
  • Dollop the top with cranberry jam
  • Garnish with minced chives and shaved pecorino
