Glazed BBQ Beef Ribs

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Make The Tomato Glaze
- Add the tomato, honey and vinegar to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil.
- Stir frequently.
- Leave on high for about 16 minutes or until the liquid is reduced, making sure it does not burn.
- Remove from heat and allow glaze to cool.
Grilling The Ribs
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Remove ribs from refrigerator, allowing them to be at room temperature.
- Salt and pepper both sides of the ribs.
- Place on the grill.
Add The Glaze
- Grill for about 10 minutes each side, adding glaze to each side.
- Be careful not to allow glaze to burn.
- Grill for another 20-25 minutes, splitting the time on each side.
