INGREDIENTS

"Monster Mash" Spiced Rum Cocktail

Makes 1 Drink

1.5 oz Dark Rum
.5 oz Spiced Rum
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Apple Cider
Ginger Beer, to top off
Apple Slices, as garnish

Sriracha Lime Cheddar Cheese Caramel Popcorn

Yields 2 qts

2 cups Popped Popcorn
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
½ cup Corn Syrup
¼ cup Butter
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 Tbsp Sriracha (4 if you dare)
½ tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese powder
1 lime Zest

Pumpkin Spice Caramel Popcorn

Yields 2 qts

2 cups Popped Popcorn
½ cup Light Brown Sugar
¼ cup Corn syrup
¼ cup Butter
¼ Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
¼ tsp Baking Soda

These sweet & spicy caramel popcorns with a spiced rum cocktail make a scary good trio for spooky movie watching and halloween hosting!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

"Monster Mash" Spiced Rum Cocktail

  • Shake rums, lemon juice, and apple cider together
  • Strain into glass and top with ginger beer
  • Garnish with apple slices

  • Pro Tip: add a cinnamon sugar rim!

Sriracha Lime Cheddar Cheese Caramel Popcorn

  • Mix brown sugar, corn syrup and butter together
  • Bring to a boil and let boil for 4 mins | Add in the sriracha and baking soda
  • Mix caramel carefully in a bowl with oiled, heat-proof spatula | Spread on a sheet tray
  • Place in a preheated oven on 250 for 15 mins | Mix and back to oven for 10 more mins
  • Let cool and break up into pieces | Sprinkle the cheddar cheese powder and fresh lime zest over the top
