RECIPE OF THE MONTH

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Wild Mushrooms
3 oz. Sliced Brie
6 ea Eggs
2 T Whole Milk
1 T Butter
Salt
¼ C White onion
1ea Garlic clove

Wild Mushroom and Brie Frittata
METHOD
1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Warm a 6-in non-stick frying pan over low heat.
Add butter and cook until melted. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms and cook until just soft.
While the mushrooms cook, whisk the eggs and milk together.
When onions are translucent, add eggs and sliced brie. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Slice and serve.
