3 Racks of Beef Back Ribs
32 oz. Roma Tomato Juice
4.5 oz. Honey
6 oz. Champagne Vinaigrette
Salt
Pepper

Glazed BBQ Beef Ribs

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Make The Tomato Glaze

  • Add the tomato, honey and vinegar to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil.
  • Stir frequently.
  • Leave on high for about 16 minutes or until the liquid is reduced, making sure it does not burn.
  • Remove from heat and allow glaze to cool.

Grilling The Ribs

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Remove ribs from refrigerator, allowing them to be at room temperature.
  • Salt and pepper both sides of the ribs.
  • Place on the grill.

Add The Glaze

  • Grill for about 10 minutes each side, adding glaze to each side.
  • Be careful not to allow glaze to burn.
  • Grill for another 20-25 minutes, splitting the time on each side.
