32 oz. Roma Tomato Juice
4.5 oz. Honey
6 oz. Champagne Vinaigrette

Glazed BBQ Beef Ribs

Make The Tomato Glaze
Add the tomato, honey and vinegar to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil.
Leave on high for about 16 minutes or until the liquid is reduced, making sure it does not burn.
Remove from heat and allow glaze to cool.
Grilling The Ribs
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Remove ribs from refrigerator, allowing them to be at room temperature.
Salt and pepper both sides of the ribs.
Place on the grill.
Add The Glaze
Grill for about 10 minutes each side, adding glaze to each side.
Be careful not to allow glaze to burn.
Grill for another 20-25 minutes, splitting the time on each side.
