Caitlin has spent the last seven years falling deeper and deeper in love with the world of food and drink. A passionate pursuit of knowledge and technique has led Caitlin through the kitchens of Daniel Boulud, the dining room of Blue Hill at Stone Barns and so much more. A graduate of Wake Forest University’s School of Business and the Culinary Institute of America, Caitlin combines her enthusiasm and experience to confidently provide OnTheMarc clients with beautiful events from top to bottom. As Public Relations Manager, Caitlin also works to promote the awesome happenings at OTM. Caitlin is currently studying for her second sommelier certification exam.
