8 oz. Wild Mushrooms
3 oz. Sliced Brie
6 ea Eggs
2 T Whole Milk
1 T Butter
Salt
¼ C White onion
1ea Garlic clove

Wild Mushroom and Brie Frittata

METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Warm a 6-in non-stick frying pan over low heat.
  • Add butter and cook until melted. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms and cook until just soft.
  • While the mushrooms cook, whisk the eggs and milk together.
  • When onions are translucent, add eggs and sliced brie. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Slice and serve.
