OTM Steak Sauce
Notes from the Chef: if you like your steak sauce with more heat, we recommend adding 2 T of sriracha. While we use homemade tomato sauce, your favorite jarred brand will do.
In a small sauce pot, warm the olive oil over medium heat.
Add onions, garlic and salt and sauteé until translucent (roughly 3 minutes).
Reduce the heat to low and add the brown sugar.
Cook until a rich dark color is achieved - about 4 minutes.
Add red wine vinegar and cook an additional minute. Add worcestershire and tomato sauce. Cook for 10 minutes stirring often to avoid and sticking.
Reduce until the sauce has thickened and remove from heat.
Add horseradish and serve with your favorite cut of meat!
