PRAISE

The constantly flowing bite sized delectable hors d’oeuvre. So many people commented that often, at other events, one had to search for the wait person with the tray and then would find it empty – but not at our party. The flow was constant and perfect and the 8 choices so varied. One guest said he could make a meal of just the jicama wrapped avocado puree (my favorite also). The desserts were just right also — the cookies soft and not overcooked, the beignets with raspberry dipping sauce was my favorite. Guests loved the casual Dixie cups with paddle spoon. All the food was perfection.
