Everyone at On the Marc,
Words cannot express how wonderful everything was Saturday night. The food, the presentation and the staff were all perfect. Our guests have been raving about everything. Jay and I were so please and proud of our choice to work with all of you. The food was incredibly delicious. Many of our guests have been to numerous events and some of the finest restaurants in the world and have been complimenting us about the variety, creativity and phenomenal taste of all the food and the incredible service. From the tartar bar, brisket sliders and the lamb chops to the cod and short ribs and truffle fries (I noted everyone cleaned their plates) to the warm blondies and cookies. Jay and I both also loved the trio of tempura veggies. Just fantastic! You really met our expectations and then some. We are overjoyed and grateful for everything. We truly enjoyed working with you.
