A long-time lover of food, Paige attended the Culinary Institute of America starting in 2015 before realizing her love of food did not translate to her love of cooking. Before nearly dropping out she started working part-time with On The Marc and realized where her true passion lay: serving others. After being a waitress in a small town for seven years at many different diners and country clubs, Paige found herself serving upscale food at a four diamond restaurant in North Carolina, the 1895 Grille. After finishing 2015 in the south, Paige returned to school, where she graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts, in 2016. Now settling in in Stamford, Paige finds herself living out her passion through providing the absolute best service possible to every client, no matter how big or small the party may be.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT WORKING EVENTS?
Seeing people at their happiest, and being able to provide them with everything they need to make their special event the best it can be. Although it may seem like just another day at work for us, it is one of the happiest days for every client.
