Marc makes sure everything runs smoothly at OnTheMarc. He is also the creator of many signature OnTheMarc dishes.

Chef Marc Weber’s passion for culinary perfection was cultivated in childhood. Marc got his start at 5 years old, cooking with his mother every weekend; by 15, he knew the kitchen was his calling, and soon began working in restaurants. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Marc quickly sought out even greater challenges, mastering the finest cooking techniques and skills while working alongside renowned chefs Todd English, Waldy Malouf, and Florian Hugo. Naturally, Marc sought to create his own brand, and launched his company as a private chef in 2006. A year later, he opened his own commercial kitchen in Stamford, CT.
Marc has taken his years of experience and perfected his food preparation, bringing his clients his distinctive approach to gourmet cooking. Marc doesn't believe in standard catering menus - ever, he is passionate about pushing the envelope using new, exotic food flavorings to create one-of-a-kind culinary experiences. Marc's unique creative vision and entrepreneurial spirit has enabled the growing company to be one of the most innovative catering and event companies in Connecticut and New York.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT WORKING EVENTS?
I love making people happy. I think most chefs thrive on seeing a smile on the guests face. For me catering is a way to make lots of people happy, create memories for my clients, and constantly challenge myself with new and exciting events and obstacles.
