Kyle grew up in a big, Italian family deeply-rooted in the rich, Mediterranean culinary tradition. Memories of dinner table squabbles over the last stuffed clam dot his culinary childhood, when he began to cook alongside his godmother and grandmother at an early age.

Kyle has a passion for using the freshest, most seasonal ingredients he can find – preparing them simply so the ingredients can speak for themselves. With over seven years in the event catering business, Kyle brings a quiet focus and diligent work ethic to your event.

My favorite thing about working events is showing that high end food can be catered, not just experienced at a restaurant.
