Jeff began his foray into hospitality as a busboy in family restaurants at the ripe old age of 15. This early, formative experience later led Jeff to receive a Bachelor of Science degree from University of New Haven in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Now with over 20 years of experience in the industry under his belt, Jeff is uniquely and diversely skilled to provide our clients with a top notch catered experience. His prior experience runs the gamut from owning and operating Peppermill Restaurant in Westport, CT to coordinating catering for over 1,200 VIP guests at large scale management conferences across the US and everything in between. He's a highly skilled bartender, to boot!
