Executive Chef at OnTheMarc
Our Executive Chef, Amos is known for his out-of-the-box menus and creations. His passion for cooking runs in the family. He found his culinary calling at a young age, while assisting his grandmother in the kitchen at his family’s coffee shop in Ohio. After completing his cooking education at the Culinary Institute of America, he worked at several well-respected dining destinations, including Oceana, Crabtree’s Kittle House and Sweet Grass Grill, before joining the OntheMarc team in 2009. Always calm and collected, Amos excels at large events and intimate dinners.
